About Me

Before becoming a Counsellor I worked in a variety of careers including music production, mortgage sales, circus performance, game design and education, including some time spent living abroad. I’ve also competed in various sporting disciplines and trained and taught martial arts. My varied experiences help me to understand and connect with people from all sorts of backgrounds.

I have always had a passion for assisting others to learn and develop their potential. I combine an analytical and inquisitive mindset with a sensitivity that helps me to gauge where someone is at and how to support them to go further as we untangle the difficulties.

Alongside my counselling work I am a Pastoral Coach at City College Norwich, leading the wellbeing support on a specialist course for Autistic students with a wide range of neurodiversity / neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, PDA)

I also enjoy working on freelance projects such as children’s stories, concept art and board game design.
